Overview
Real estate agency Reynolds Bryant were ready to elevate their digital presence, but without off-brand Canva chaos. They needed a smarter way to create consistent, polished content at scale, without adding designers to the team.

The Challenge
The issue wasn’t Canva itself, it was the gap between the tool’s potential and the team’s design capability. Reynolds Bryant had a highly capable, hands-on team using Canva for social media, however without structure or professional design input, the results didn’t reflect their premium service. Posts felt inconsistent, off-brand, and sometimes visually clumsy. The team wasn’t lacking effort, they were lacking a professionally built design system. They needed a brand-safe, edit-friendly Canva setup where anyone in the team, regardless of design capability, can create confidently without accidentally breaking the brand.

Our Solution
We designed a premium suite of Canva templates tailored to Reynolds Bryant’s content strategy and brand identity. Delivered as our Canva Social Content Kit: Deluxe Collection, the package included 15 Feed templates (4:5) and 5 Story templates (9:16) - all built directly within their Canva environment and aligned to their Brand Kit. Templates were structured around four key content pillars: Property Showcase, Equity Building, Market Education, and Community Engagement. Built for clarity, edit-ability, and brand alignment, these templates empower their team to create impactful content without design guesswork.

The Result
Reynolds Bryant’s Canva now works like an extension of their brand, not a risk to it. Their team can build faster, post smarter, and deliver a consistently professional look across every channel.
