It comes in three tiers, scaling by how much we do for you: Enhanced trains your team to run it, Managed builds and migrates it alongside you, and Concierge runs the whole rollout end to end and stays close while it lands. The result? Canva set up the right way, at the depth your organisation needs.

Enhanced - we train your team to run it:

  • Kick Off Session: We align on your goals, timeline, and how to get the most out of the implementation window.
  • Admin Training: Your Canva admins get hands-on guidance through account setup, team and group structure, member management, and permissions.
  • Brand Designer Training: Your brand and design team learns how to configure your Brand Kit, upload approved assets, set Brand Guidelines, and build templates that keep everyone on-brand.
  • Pre-Launch Session: A quick check-in to make sure everything is locked and loaded before your team goes live.
  • Member Training: Your broader team learns how to navigate Canva, create from brand templates, use design tools, manage folders, and collaborate effectively.
  • Wrap Up Session: We answer any final questions and hand things over so your team can hit the ground running.
  • Canva Brand Kit: We configure one brand kit incl. logos, colours, fonts, images, and other approved brand assets).
  • 5x fully editable, on-brand Canva templates: Our studio rebuilds five of your existing design pages as polished, fully editable Canva templates.

Managed - we build it with you. Everything in Enhanced, plus:

  • Brand Kit extended: Full documented Design Guidelines.
  • 40 on-brand templates: Additional 35 vs. Enhanced.
  • Account structure and permissions: Teams, Groups and Folders are built for you, not just trained.
  • Brand governance: brand locks and controls are configured in consultation, and approval workflows are established, so all designed assets stay on-brand.
  • Consultation: 10 hours during the implementation window (expires day 45), plus 5 hours of post-launch consultation over the following 45 days (expires day 90).

Concierge - we run it end to end. Everything in Managed, plus:

  • 80 on-brand templates: Additional 40 vs. Managed.
  • Internal champion enablement: we upskill your nominated champion and equip them with the tools and communication assets to lead the internal charge throughout the journey, driving the change management that makes an enterprise rollout stick.
  • Org-wide rollout: A phased plan team by team, project management, and pre-built communications.
  • Consultation: 20 hours during the implementation window (+10 vs. Managed) (expires day 45), plus 20 hours of post-launch consultation (+15 vs. Managed) (expires day 90).
Exclusions
  • Logo design or brand identity creation.
  • Copywriting for templates (available as an add-on).
  • Canva stock imagery licensing: clients can supply their own images or use Canva's built-in library.
